The EXCA Prime Umbrella Fund(s) aims to provide diversified investment mandates for investors going long by employing largely unconstrained multi-asset strategies managed as Smart Betas engineered for the macro economy.
Sub-funds represent allocation strategies largely focused on quality fundamentals and some factor tilts, each an open-ended investment compartment established under the umbrella of EXCA PRIME RAIF V.C.I.C PLC.
Risk Management
Allocations and thresholds are monitored by risk oversight procedures to observe controls over trading exposure, consolidated drawdown, market depth, and specified risk metrics against their respective parameters. Underlying performance and behavior of flows are analyzed and reassessed for drift and breach. Exclusive Capital’s Portfolio Management Department and the AIFM exercise due diligence over constraints in accordance with all the relevant [R]AIF rules and regulations.
